Motor skills have made major progress this week. Jack and Bella are now reaching for, often hitting, and sometimes holding onto anything that comes within striking distance. Jack especially seems to have gotten great pleasure from realizing he can manipulate the world so that things he sees end up in his mouth.
We've started feeding a little watered-down rice cereal at dinner time. The total meal is about 5 calories, but it's good practice. Tonight, Jack grabbed the spoon out of Abby's hand and was quite proud of himself. He laughed until he cried.
